As an executive consultant, Patricia specialized in quality assurance and testing for over 25 years both in Europe and North America. Her depth and breadth of experience has led to significant quality improvements of complex technologies in the telecom, financial services, insurance, retail, and resource industries.  She is the author of “When Cars Decide to Kill” and the upcoming “Spaghetti Software & Sausages”. In her private time, she has worked on behalf of justice issues both in Canada and the United States.  As a teenager, she set a legal precedent in the area of family law.  When asked why she took the case to the Supreme Court of California, Patricia always answers, “Because justice is in my bones.” She founded GlitchTrax for the same reason.
